2014 Redwood Rally Registration Info
2014 Redwood Rally
August 8, 2014 – August 10, 2014
The 2014 Redwood Rally will be held at the Shipshewana Campground South located in Shipshewana, Indiana.
For anyone interested in attending, contact Shipshewana Campground to make your reservation and make sure you let them know you are with the Redwood Rally. They can be reached at 260-768-4669; their website is www.shipshewanacampground.com

Just bumping this... some members contacted me asking for confirmation as there was some confusion about location.
I've contacted Kathy Fuller at Redwood to confirm this change and she let me know that the change was made to this new location this year because last year there were "complaints that there were not enough 50 amp spots so we switch location so everyone could get one".
It looks like a great location

Thanks, Janet. I have called and cancelled at Twin Mills. Have left a message at Shipshewana South to call me so we can get the new reservations in their park. I think this is a great move. Thanks.

Also awaiting a call back from Shipshewana. Will cancel Twin Mills at least 14 days in advance of our arrival date.

I got a call back from Shipshewana today. Really nice lady set up reservation for the Redwood Rally. She said Redwood had reserved thirty sites at this time.

If you're making reservations at Shipshewana, call them directly. Was told by Cindy at the campground this morning that if you do an online reservation the system will randomly assign a site. You might or might not be with the rest of the Redwoods

Just a quick FYI...Called to cancel reservation at Twin Mills at Encore reservations and was informed of the $ 25 for early cancellation. Informed them that the Rally was cancelled at this location and they waived the $ 25 fee. Hope this helps others.

I just canceled my reservation at Twin Mills and they said they couldn't waive the $25 cancel fee because I already paid my deposit. Apparently usaf1949 they could waive the cancel fee for you because they hadn't charged your credit card yet. Oh bother!

Made Reservations with Shipshewana yesterday, but before I did wanted to check on their cancelation policy incase something came up that we couldn't go. You can cancel up to 10 days before without getting penalized.

Very bad business decision by Twin Mills as this will probably cost them MUCH more in future reservations than the few dollars they stole with their last minute cancellation policy ---
Redwood should put some pressure on them as well....of course, who initially caused the mix up and should have some responsibility ???
