Found out that Bauer locks will be here on Thursday so if you have need to have them check your door lock let me know and I'll pass your name on to them. They also have some new products he can show you, I believe one option is to key your entire coach with one key, all locks!!!

Safe travels and as Jay mentioned, the campground is extremely busy so please do not arrive early without first calling to see if they can accommodate you.

See you soon!!
I allowed two days thinking certainly something would go wrong. I drove the 800 plus miles non stop arriving two days early with zero issues with my RW! I drove in around midnight. I was thinking I would ask if there was a local RV park I could park until my scheduled time. The weather was super so several RV'ers were taking a midnight stroll and spotted me. They suggested I park at an open site and throw myself on the park's camp host mercy early in the AM. It turned out well due to some no shows because of weather that arrived just as I was setting down. What a storm. What a showing of Redwood owners! Only wish my wife Carol's business schedule would have worked so I am solo holding up the fort for her. So looking forward to meeting fellow ROG's and all of the activities.

We would love Bauer look at our door lock. This is our 3rd one and it isn't working now. We are in site #67.

Reminder

Any of you who might be curious about the Armor roof system, the team will be here to start our installation Thursday morning.
We are in lot 44 and the install is supposed to take two days, if we don't get any rain.
I'm sure they can answer any questions you might have. We're anxious to get it done.

Enjoy the forum! We'll see you there.

Redwood Rally Service Call

We would like to send out a big "Thank You" to Redwood and two of their Service Technicians (Troy and Nick)! They came out to the Rally location and fixed two maintanence issues for us today. They both were friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. They fixed our issues and made sure we were completely satisfied before they left. What a nice way to start our first Rally!

I couldn't agree more. These guys were awesome. What a wonderful addition to the rally! And thank you to Chuck and/or Redwood, or whoever should get credit for arranging this.

A round of kudos for Redwood and especially for Nick and Randy from me. I have been here less than three hours and met the two Rv Lifestyle Specialists, met with Randy over some service issues and Nick has fixed two already. Looking forward to the rest of our stay!

Periscope Streaming

We would just like to send out a big thank you to Ken for the periscope streaming session today at the rally! We were able to watch the whole thing and it was awesome. We especially liked sharing the introductions at the meet and greet! So wonderful when we are so far away and wish we could be there. It would sure be great if you could do a periscope streaming session during the executive address that is coming later on. Thanks again for taking this on it's wonderful! I encourage everybody to give it a try. It's very easy and it works great. Thank you Ken!

WE LOVE THE PERISCOPE BROADCAST!!!!!

THANK YOU KEN!!!! We literally feel like we are attending the rally!!! What an unexpected pleasure! We are so happy. GREAT information being shared.

Again, I encourage everyone who wants to "attend" the rally to do so. It's easy, it's a FREE app for your smartphone (Periscope) and then you subscribe to the Redwood RV Owners Group channel. It will NOTIFY you with a little alarm that a live broadcast is starting and you simply click it and ENJOY!!

Thank you for improving the audio. Now if we can keep people from using their leaf blowers next to the presentations!! Ha! SUPER cool! Thanks!

One more thing... You haven't MISSED anything if you haven't done it yet, because the previous broadcasts are still viewable! Yay!

We were so excited to have Bauer put a new lock on our entry door. They also changed the locks on all of the storage doors so we now only have ONE key. Our entry door has never worked well, they not only installed the lock, but made some adjustments--now it works great! Thanks to those who made this possible, and thanks to Bauer.

Ditto. For the first toile in 2-1/2 years our locks are now working. I am very grateful for the changeout and Redwood's assistance.

The assistance we received from Redwood Service made the long trip from Oklahoma well worth attending the Rally. Great experience.

I just figured it out - you have to use a droid or apple type phone or tablet, and download periscope. You can register with your telephone number. Once downloaded, do a search for redwoodrvowner and you will see the ROG logo. Elect to follow it, and there are videos within. I don't think you can do it on a computer.

Brad you are correct. You cannot do it on a computer. It has to be on a smartphone. This morning's video of the Redwood Owners Group meeting did not have any audio. At least mine didn't. The other videos have been wonderful to watch!

I hope you are able to find the others, especially the open forum with Redwood, it's extremely insightful. Hopefully it wasn't removed... Maybe you have to do a search for past videos by that user? I am a new user too and I am unsure how Periscope works.
