convertor/charger

I have a 2012 36rl with the WF 6800 series deck mount converter. The converter/charger isn't charging the batteries or providing 12v DC for the lighting. I have checked the a/c power going to the converter it checks ok. Have checked the DC power terminals, found no DC power coming out of the unit. I have confirmed that all three fuses are good. What else can I do short of buying a new one. There also has been no power surges or low voltage events. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. THANKS

No serviceable parts , its time to replace it.

That's where I ordered mine from also. Wanted to buy local but they didn't have one plus they were $200 higher
