Got a call from Explore USA in Canton advising there is an upgrade to the A/C units and they wanted me to set aside a couple hours to rectify the problem whatever it is...I only got a message and haven't called back yet. Does anyone know about this? Also was told that the Blackwood is already on it's way out...Supposedly no market for this price range???

Just talked to our dealer Explore USA in Canton Texas...The recall for A/C was to reseal or better seal the units...apparently due to some poor cooling this summer for some owners is what set this recall in motion. She said it would take about 2 hours to resolve the problem

They added some sort of switch or something that is suppose to make the ACs more efficient. It had already cooled off here so won't know if it works til next year.

We just took delivery of a new 2012 RW34SK. The dealer did not mention anything about a recall for the A/C units. I will check this out with Lazydays. Thanks for the heads up!

It's not a recall....it's a TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) and it was probably addressed before you received your trailer.

Hi all just got our FL back from our dealer! New windows in the living room beside the chairs. If any one can tell me hoe to put the pictures on the forum, please send me a private message. Just had to add a few frames and have the dealer do the job. Wow what a difference for us early buyers to get the windows beside the chairs. All we have to do is add the frame work that Redwood will supply at 180.00 for both.

Campers. If you have several pictures it might be easier to upload them to an image hosting site then post a link to it here.

photobucket.com and tinypic.com are just two choices for free image hosting.

Thanks Steve. As you can see there was an alum frame inserted into the wall before you can mount the windows. Redwood have these as a production item and are available through your dealer, there also is a drawing as to where they are to be pop riveted into place. Valances and blinds have been installed as well the project is finished and is worth the money. Good luck. Bud
