Help! I have never posted although i read this forum weekly. I own a 38br. My surround sound unit poured smoke. I pulled it out of the camper. Now i have no power from shore power. On generator, everything seems fine, although when i kick on the ac it bogs down. Anyway, fridge shows low dc as well when not on generator. Everything was fine prior. Seems it could be the transfer switch? Any thoughts?

If everything is fine on Generator, it sure could be the transfer switch. Maybe you lost neutral in there.

Question I would ask is why the surround sound theater smoked and what caused it? Suggest you call Redwood/Crossroads Customer Service on Monday and let them give you answer. Most likely they'll authorize you to take it to a dealer for repair.

Oh i for sure will be asking that question as well as taking it to my dealer. I was just curious if anyone has experienced this or could think of something i may be missing.
