Redwood Personnel Change
Good Morning everyone!
I just wanted to check in and let you all know of a recent change.
It comes with great sadness to let you know that Christian Muffoletto has moved on from Redwood to pursue other things. I know she helped a lot of you and she will be missed.
I however will be taking a more active role on the forums and you are welcome to message me with questions or concerns that you may have. You can either message me here or at my work email at kfuller@redwoodrv.com

Welcome to the Redwood Forum Kathy. Many of us are wondering what is up with Redwood and Crossroads. It seems that as soon as we learn who's who, everything changes making us question the future of Redwood. Hopefully, you will be able to shed some light on the situation. We certainly hope that the Redwood product will continue to improve and grow. Christian was the bridge for many owners for information and help in resolving issues. She will be missed by many and we wish her the best of luck! We hope you will continue the communication process with this forum.

Welcome Kathy. You have some pretty big shoes to fill. Christian did a fantastic job as a liaison between the owners and Redwood on issues we were having

I have been with Redwood / Crossroads for almost 5 years. I handle the Marketing, Rallies and do all of the Interior Design for Redwood and Crossroads.

Steve and I will be sorry to see her go. She was a really sweet young lady doing her best to help us all out and did a great job. We met her at the rally,she introduced herself to us and toured our Redwood. She helped us with our RW issues and we truly appreciated it
I had a feeling she would be gone also..bummer

You do in fact have some pretty large shoes to fill , but I have no doubt you'll be fine. Just always remember these 2 important rules of business...
Rule #1 - - the customer is always right... and
Rule #2 - - if the customer is wrong , see rule #1....

We sure will miss Christian...she was great! Debbie and I met Kathy at the National Rally last year. We are very confident that Kathy will do a great job also in representing us owners. Welcome to the forum Kathy!
