I am so goad to hear that another FL is in the works. Please remember that the 36FL was one of your most popular floor plans when it first came out. The living room was our seller. A couch that a 6 ft. man could lay down on and not be bent up like a pretzel. The movable dining room table, which has been used may times, is an added feature that you don't see in many Coaches any more. It would be ok to ask the FL owners what was their selling point.
