Hi...we are having problems with our 2014 redwood hot water. It comes thru the cold water faucet. Do you know of anything we can do? we pulled the hot water heater out and installed new bypass on both hot and cold and still we are having hot water come out of the cold. If you any help, i'd appreciate it. thank you
