Jack. Following your troubles as we are having same or very similar issues with our 2012 36RL. Ours had the relief crack and trim covered when we bought our RW in 2014. We upgraded our truck from a F250 to a F550 which has a 10k rear axle. Ride is stuff unloaded but rides like a Cadillac loaded with the heavy pin weight in the bed. I can view the pin box doing some bobbing up and down when I look in the mirror when towing. Our stress crack area below the front corner of our bed slide out has recently bowed and I believe it is due to aluminum tubes breaking and poor welds. I tried contacting Tim Cress at crossroads but he has not responded at all. Please let me know what happens with yours. Email picture progress if you could please. Chrisfendt@mail.com

We had our door replaced on warranty and the new one is finally starting to do the same thing. I am going to get rid of the friction hinges as that is the issue. The door is made of styrafoam that is sandwiched between the fiberglass and then glued around the edges and slid into an aluminum frame. The stiff hinges end up breaking down the door so it separates from the frame causing the frame to distort over time and start rubbing on the outer frame. The ready rod inserts to hold the door frame together may be the answer but have not tried yet
