We took delivery of a 38FL the replacement of the 36FL, in November. It has full body paint in the Tan & Burgundy paint scheme. We ordered it with most of the options including Residential Appliances, disc brakes, trail air pin box, G rated tires and 8K axles.

As we live in Colorado, we've only had it out twice during the winter, but not wanting to de-winterize it, hasn't allowed us to use any of the water systems.

Our 38FL was the first to have the fireplace, which had been removed, put back on this floor-plan. Glad we stuck to our guns on the fireplace with it and a ceramic heater in the bedroom the furnace hardly had to cycle as the fireplace and ceramic heater kept the coach warm and toasty.
