Congratulations! We love our 2015 GK. The dual pantries is what sold the DW. Do you have the washer/dryer near the entry door or between the bathroom & Bedroom? Maybe it was a 2017 I heard was by the door. Our's is by the bedroom and still trying to create a feasible method to keep the bi-fold doors to this closet shut during transit.

No, I do not have a washer and dryer... yet. My closet is between the toilet and bedroom.

No problems with the door staying shut. I would say your door catches are either weak or not adjusted correctly. I had to loosen one, move it slightly and the re-tighten it. Another one was bent and twisted, fixed it with needle nosed pliers. works great now and holds well.

door closures for the bi-fold door

I simply added tow more closures and once I close it and they are all seated. No problem what so ever now.
