Thank you all very Much, I have waited 6 years for this purchase and I believe I made the right choice. The dealership that I bought my coach from was 5 hours from my home so it was a task trying to make the switch from my older Big Country. I do have a question though if I could.
When I traded in my 2011, I had the dealership swap out the Onan 5.5 LP generator. They did the best that they could on short notice with routing the exhaust but to be honest, I don't like it. Do any of the forum have an Onan? and how have you routed the exhaust pipe with these low Falcon frames. I will try and figure out how to load a present pic of the exhaust.

Ed , There are folks on here with pics ready to go, I just had my Onan 6500 installed last June. When I get home later, I will take some additional photos..
My exhaust pipe exits the generator compartment out the rear, it is about 4" below the under belly of the front compartment.
It goes back about 8 ' or so, then bends towards the street side, where it exits right near the sewer dump.
This is the stainless pipe I made up to push the exhaust down, but since removed that and put on a Gen-Turi adapter.
Thanks for the Response Ford Guy, I have attached a few pics of the existing installation but the way you have yours is how I would like to see it. I agree with you, I think the stainless is the way to go. I am in Daytona racing until Sunday night then heading home to CT. with the cars then I will start working on getting the exhaust done before I even place it on the site. I am just so excited that I don't want to rush and would prefer to have it done right.
I am home, and its pitch black out, so I will get the pics out to you over the weekend..
But i will say this, mine is all 1 section from the generator back with no splices. I had to give them extensive measurements before I went so they could have the tail pipe custom made from Onan Of Indiana.
It looks like your dealer went to Home Depot and picked up some conduit>??

Thanks Joe,
That's exactly what they did, Ill have a piece made up from a local muffler shop that I trust who can bend it and install it. I would prefer stainless, but I will bring my unit by his shop next Saturday when I return to CT. The way you have yours is exactly how I want it. I wasn't aware ONan could make one to spec. my hope is that my bud can order the pipe in stainless and bend it before install. I have no measurements until I get home next week. in the meantime ill monitor the RW site when ever I have wifi.

I will get under there probably Sunday and get some measurements.. I think tomorrow we may go down to Atlantic City for the RV Show. Do you have a Cummins dealer near you in CT? What part of CT are you in ?
Ed, Here are the pics I have from my 6500 Onan. Our rig is a 2012 36RL.
Ours has a separate muffler at the rear of the drop frame and then shoots across to the other side.
I agree, I think that is the intent, but I'm not sure how they train those exhaust gasses to always go straight up between the slides
It almost seems it puts the exhaust too close to the LR slide, which is much lower and has a skirt to capture the exhaust underneath. Almost worse in my mind, as we have family sleep in there too.

If you're every at a GS rally where you're packed in like sardines and want to run your Genny, you need a stack (Genturi) to get the exhaust above the unit, so it needs to exit between the slides to allow mounting of the stack.
